General information on personal data use
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force in May 2016 and is applicable nationally since 25.5.2018. We only process personal data that is justified on the basis of the customer relationship, contracts, use of the website, legal obligations or the consent of the individual.

We collect this information to improve our marketing. We retain anonymised personal data collected through analytics for as long as it is necessary to provide the service. The anonymised data cannot be linked to any specific individual and will not be used for profiling or to make any automated decisions.
Rights of data subjects
The data subject has the right to inspect the data concerning them, to correct the data and to request the controller to delete their personal data. The registry holder is obliged to delete personal data concerning the data subject if the data subject wishes to withdraw their consent or if the personal data in question are no longer needed for the provision of the service or the management of the customer relationship. The registry holder is not obliged to delete personal data from the register if the law requires the retention of personal data.
Personal data processing and protection
Only the registry holder’s staff and subcontractors have access to the personal data. The registry holder shall ensure that persons who are authorised to process personal data are bound by an obligation of confidentiality or are subject to an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality.
Personal data is stored in digital format in a location that is protected against data breaches. Anonymised personal data may be disclosed to third parties, such as analytics partners. We do not disclose personal data to third parties, except in specific cases where disclosure to public authorities is required by law.
