Ark-byroo strengthened its leadership on 1 January 2026
Architectural firm Ark-byroo entered a new phase on January 1, 2026, when Jenny Heikinheimo, M.Sc. (Econ.), took over as Managing Director. The company’s founding partner and current Managing Director, Marianna Heikinheimo, will continue as Chair of the Board and Lead Expert.
The change in leadership will strengthen the company’s management, clarify roles and responsibilities, and support long-term development in a changing operating environment. This is an internal renewal, in which the company is building its future based on its own strengths.
A Managing Director who is building the next phase
“I am genuinely excited about taking Ark-byroo’s business to the next level. I want to strengthen customer relationships and create the conditions for us to develop and grow together with our team and customers,” says Jenny Heikinheimo.
Heikinheimo will take up her position as Managing Director of Ark-byroo after several years of preparation. She has been involved in the company’s strategic development as a Board Member and, for the past two years, as a Deputy Managing Director. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has also worked internationally in business development and innovation.
At Ark-byroo, Heikinheimo’s work will focus on strengthening long-term customer relationships, developing operations, and building services in a controlled and goal-oriented manner. The work is carried out in close cooperation with the team and by listening to customer needs, drawing on the company’s strong expertise in renovation construction.
The company’s founding partner, Doctor of Technology and architect Marianna Heikinheimo, will continue as Chair of the Board and Leading Expert. A clear division of labor and a shared vision of the company’s direction support Ark-byroo’s next stage of development.
